Valve Body: Service and Repair
Control Valve Body (On-Vehicle Removal / Installation)
REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the control valve body.
2. Remove the solenoid valve(s).
3. Apply ATF to a new 0-ring and install it on the solenoid valve.
4. Install the solenoid valves in the control valve body.
Tightening torque: 6.5-7.8 Nm (58-69 in.lbs.)
5. Install the control valve body.
6. Pour in ATF and, with the engine idling, check the ATF level and check for leaks.
7. Drive the vehicle and check the shift points, shift schedule, and shift shock.
