2. Drain the engine coolant.
3. Remove the front pipe, WU-TWC (RH), Lysholm compressor and intake manifold.
4. Remove the timing belt.
5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
7. Start the engine and inspect the following:

1. Engine oil and engine coolant leakage.
2. Ignition timing. 
3. Idle speed.

8. Stop the engine and inspect the drive belt deflection.
9. Inspect the engine oil and engine coolant levels again.

Camshaft Pulley Removal Note

1. Hold the camshaft using a wrench on the cast hexagon as shown, and remove the camshaft pulley lock bolt.
2. Remove the camshaft pulley.

Camshaft Removal Note

1. Turn the camshaft clockwise using a wrench on the cast hexagon until the camshaft lobes are not pressing the adjustment shims.

2. Loosen the front camshaft cap bolts in 5 or 6 steps in the order shown.
3. Remove the front camshaft cap bolts and front camshaft caps.

Note:  Bolt No.5 in the figure fits only the right cylinder head.
