DESCRIPTION

After replacing the ignition switch, the rear window defroster light will flash once during starting. This is not an indication that the vehicle or defroster
system are damaged.

To prevent this from occurring, the rear defroster switch harness has been modified.

If a customer complains about this condition, verity the complaint and, if present, install a wiring harness (short cord) between the front harness and the
rear defroster switch
