NO SOUND FROM REAR SEAT ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM (RSES)

All 2000-2001 MPVs with RSES.
DESCRIPTION
Some customers may complain of no sound from the Rear Seat Entertainment System (RSES). This condition may be caused by the FM/MOD modulator
cable connectors being loose/disconnected from the FM modulator the TV tuner or the monitor because there is no lock mechanism built into the
connectors.
To prevent the FM/MOD modulator cable connectors from loosening/disconnecting, follow the steps below for repair instructions of each component.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
FM Modulator
1.
Remove the console box to access the FM modulator.
2.
Remove FM modulator from the clamshell housing.
