Shift Solenoid: Testing and Inspection
Shift Solenoid A

INSPECTION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable
2. Remove the resonance duct and the air cleaner housing assembly.
3. Disconnect the solenoid connector.

View: Checking Solenoid Valve Resistance At Solenoid (sub-harness) Connector

4. Measure resistance between terminal (A) and a ground.

Resistance: 13 - 27 Ohms 

5. If not as specified, replace the solenoid valve.
6. Connect the solenoid connector.
7. Install the air cleaner housing assembly and the resonance duct.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
