1.
Check the antenna mast for damage.

If damaged, repair and retest.

If no damage is found, proceed to step 2.
2.
Inspect the power antenna relay connector (pin-4 and 9) for corrosion and/or bent or pushed out terminals.

If the terminals are damaged, repair as necessary and retest.
If the terminals are not damaged, proceed to step 3.
