Power circuit (FP RLY connector terminal A or E and main relay connector terminal D)
Short circuit

If there is continuity, the circuit is shorted. Repair or replace the harness.

FP RLY connector terminal B and PCM connector terminal 2M to GND

FP RLY connector terminal C and FP connector terminal B to GND
