Clutch Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
Removal and Replacement
1. Remove charcoal canister, Fig. 2.

2. Remove hose clamp and clamp, then the plug reservoir outlet.
3. Loosen clutch pipe with special flare nut wrench tool No. 490259770B, or equivalent, then remove nuts, master cylinder and gaskets.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten mounting nuts to specifications and bleed system as outlined in Clutch Master Cylinder.
