Evaporative Check Valve: Service and Repair
Two-Way Check Valve (Turbo 4 Wheel Steering Only)

CAUTION: Before performing the following procedure, release the fuel pressure from the fuel system. To reduce the possibility of injury or fire,
keep sparks cigarettes and open flame away from the fuel tank when removing it.

1. 

Drain fuel from the fuel tank.

2. 

Remove the fuel pump connectors.

3. 

Remove the fuel hoses.

4. 

Remove steering angle transfer shaft.

5. 

Remove rear steering cross member.

6. 

Remove the evaporative hoses.

7. 

Remove the fuel filler hose.

8. 

Remove the breather hose.

9. 

Remove the fuel tank strap.

10. 

Remove the fuel tank.

11. 

Disconnect the two-way check valve.

12. 

Replace the valve.

13. 

Install in the reverse order.
