If the belt is replaced with a new one or the belt has been on a running engine for less than 5 minutes, adjust deflection or tension to "New"
specification. Then warm up the engine, allow it to cool, and adjust deflection or tension to "Used" specification.

If the belt has been on a running engine for more than 5 minutes, adjust deflection or tension to "Used" specification.

3. Tighten mounting bolt A, B, and C.
4. Inspect the belt deflection or tension.

If not within "Used" specification, repeat from Step 1.
