TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS

Bolt A:  19-22 Nm (14-16 ft. lbs.).
Bolt B:  67-93 Nm (50-68 ft. lbs.).
Bolt C:  75-104 Nm (55.0-77.3 ft. lbs.).
