Intake Air Plenum: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove air funnel.
3.
Disconnect accelerator cable and, if equipped, the cruise control cable.
4.
Remove metering oil pump connecting rod.
5.
Disconnect water, fuel and vacuum hoses as necessary.
6.
Disconnect electrical connectors at bypass air control valve and the intake air temperature sensor.
7.
Remove dynamic chamber attaching bolts and nuts, then the dynamic chamber.
8.
Reverse procedure to install.
