Oil Cooler: Service and Repair
OIL COOLER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Remove in the sequence shown in the image.
2. Install in the reverse order of removal.
3. Check the engine oil for leakage and level.
INSPECTION
Oil Cooler
Visually check the oil cooler for damage, cracks or leakage.
Repair or replace it necessary.
Oil Cooler Bypass Valve
Oil Cooler Bypass Valve Location
1. Remove the bypass valve from the bottom of the oil cooler.
