Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair
SLAVE CYLINDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

CAUTION:Do not spill brake fluid on painted or plastic surfaces or damage to the surface may occur. If brake fluid is spilled onto a painted or plastic
surface, immediately wash the surface with water.
1. Remove the transaxle. See See: Manual Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Transaxle Removal.
2. Disconnect the clutch slave cylinder-to-clutch hydraulic fluid tube adapter.
3. Remove the 3 clutch slave cylinder bolts and the clutch slave cylinder.

To install, tighten to 12 Nm {1.2 kgf-m, 106 in-lbf}.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
