Tribute 4WD L4-2.5L Hybrid (2009)
4. Remove the passenger zone valve bracket nut.

To install, tighten to 7 Nm {0.7 kgf-m, 62 in-lbf}.
5. Disconnect the dual-function pressure switch electrical connector and detach the wire harness from the suction accumulator bracket stud.
6. Remove the auxiliary evaporator inlet line fitting nut and disconnect the fitting.

Discard the O-ring seal.

To install, tighten to 8 Nm {0.8 kgf-m, 71 in-lbf}.
7. Remove the suction accumulator inlet and outlet fitting nuts and disconnect the outlet fitting.

Discard the O-ring seal and gasket seal.

To install, tighten to 15 Nm {1.5 kgf-m, 133 in-lbf}.
8. Remove the 2 suction accumulator nuts and disconnect the suction accumulator inlet fitting.

Discard the O-ring seal and gasket seal.

To install, tighten to 7 Nm {0.7 kgf-m, 62 in-lbf}.
9. Remove the suction accumulator.
10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Install new gasket seals and O-ring seals.

Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil. See See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Oil Adding.
11. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system. See See: Service and Repair/Air Conditioning (A/C) System Evacuation And Charging.
