FIGURE 2 - ARROW - DRAIN VALVE

NOTE:

The drain valve is accessible through the towing eye flap at the right, below the bumper (Figure 2, arrow).

Remove air cleaner at three rubber buffers.

Remove air flow sensor housing as follows:

a.

Disconnect fuel supply and return hose from fuel distributor.

WARNING! Seal off these fuel lines to avoid fuel spillage.

b.

Disconnect fuel lines (injectors, etc.).

c.

Disconnect throttle turnbuckle assembly (1, Figure 3) from air flow sensor housing.

Loosen the large hose clamp (arrow) from rubber boot below air flow sensor.

5.

Remove air flow sensor housing and fuel distributor as a unit.
