Attach power cable to block heater. Route cable away from exhaust manifold through insulated cable bracket (b, Figure 4).
NOTE:
Attach insulated cable clamp (8 mm (5/16") bolt hole or Part No. 916016 006202) to the bottom rear engine support bolts.

Continue routing the cable along the air cooling duct (1) of alternator, the bracket below auxiliary water pump (2) and A/T off cooler line (3) at
radiator, with plastic straps (Figure 5).

Close radiator drain, check coolant for sufficient anti-freeze protection, refill cooling system and pressure test for leaks.
9.
Connect battery negative cable.
10.
Reinstall encapsulation panel below engine compartment.
11.
Run engine with defroster on. Check for leaks, proper heater operation and coolant level.
