Press bearing bushing into crankcase and timing case cover with lubricating groove at the bottom (arrow).

Lubricate bearing bushing in crankcase with oil and introduce return sprocket.

Install intermediate sprocket. See: Service and Repair

For further installation proceed vice versa.
