Push the drainage pipe with the reservoir and bracket onto the fitting (Figure 11).

7.

Remove screws connecting upper and lower parts of the oil pan and replace them with M6 x 25 hex socket screws (arrows, Figure 12). Attach
bracket with reservoir using M6 nut.

NOTE!

After installation, make sure there is sufficient clearance between the drainage pipe and all moving parts.

Remove/install poly-V-belt, fan shroud and fan (SMS Repair Instructions, Job no. 20-3120).

2.

Remove/install coolant pump pulley, crankshaft pulley and the fan pulley on the generator bracket. Release tension on the poly-V-belt (SMS,
Repair Instructions, Job no. 13-3420).

Tightening torques:

Coolant pump pulley hex bolts 13 Nm
Fan pulley hex bolts 13 Nm
Crankshaft pulley hex bolts 35 Nm
