1. Remove instrument panel.
2. Pull vacuum lines from vacuum element (38).
3. Remove clamp (67) and lift off lock (68) with a screwdriver.
INSTALLATION:
1. Fasten vacuum element (38) to holder or air conditioning cabinet with locks (68) and rubber washers.
2. Mount connecting rod with clamps (67). Check vacuum element (38) for function and leaking.
3. Close defroster nozzle flaps by evacuating vacuum element (38) and clamp down connecting rod of vacuum element by means of a wedge (arrow).
4. Mount instrument panel, then remove wedge and plug vacuum lines, red-white at bottom and red-light blue in center, to vacuum element.
