Force radial sealing ring (56) into housing cover (8) and insert locking ring, Fig. 46.

Place housing cover (8) on pitman shaft (2), then insert pitman shaft into steering housing. Ensure that the center tooth of the pitman shaft enters
the center tooth gap of the working piston and that the O-rings are correctly seated, Figs. 47 and 48.
