Unscrew screw (1) and remove holder (2)

Unscrew nut (7) and remove strap (8)

Disconnect ground cable (3) at battery
CAUTION: On model 210 insulate cable terminal on ground lead for protection against unintentional contact between disconnected
ground lead and ground connection point

Disconnect positive cable (4)

Detach vent pipe (5) at battery (G1)

Remove battery (G1)
10 Reinstall in opposite order

No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking.

Wear protective gloves, acid-resistant clothing and safety glasses. Pour battery electrolyte only into suitable and appropriately marked
containers.

Check battery condition

Remove battery

Connect charger
CAUTION: Do not connect connections with reverse polarity. Risk of short circuit.

Charge battery.
Normal charging: Charging current max. 10 % of battery capacity: e.g. charging current max. 10 A for a 100 Ah battery.
Quick charging: Charge current max. 50 % of battery capacity for 30 minutes: e.g. charge current max. 50 A for a 100 Ah battery.

Check battery
NOTE: Determine findings and replace battery if necessary.
