Removing
DANGER:

Risk of injury Mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.

No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating range of the mechanism when moving components.

Risk of injury to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning from swallowing hydraulic fluid.

Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and eye protection..

Injury hazard from rollover bar extending

Extend rollover bar before working in rollover bar area

Remove rear mounting wall

Disconnect electrical connectors (1) from hydraulic unit

Unscrew mounting screws (2)

Unscrew screws (3) from connection plate (4)
CAUTION: Hydraulic system should not be under pressure

Pull hydraulic lines (5) out of hydraulic pump separately

Remove hydraulic lines (5) together with connection plate (4)
CAUTION: Plug hydraulic lines.

Remove hydraulic pump
Installing

Install hydraulic pump

Position hydraulic lines (5) with connection plate (4)
10 Unscrew screws (3) from connection plate (4)
Screw of connection plate to hydraulic unit - 10 N.m
11 Screw screws (2) into hydraulic pump mount
12 Connect connector (1) for hydraulic unit line
