Attach fore/aft adjustment motor (M20m1) with link rod (62) to jacket tube (71).

The arch (arrow) of the link rod (62) must point away from the jacket tube (71).

Tighten bolts (1, 2, 3, 4) of fore/aft adjustment motor (M20m1)

Drive in upper steering shaft (70g) using suitable sleeve (077) until link rod (62) is fully inserted into bracket (70h) of jacket tube (71).

Fit and tighten new self-locking nut (62a)

When installing new fore/aft adjustment motor (M20m1):

Adjust dimension (x) between jacket tube (71) and bracket (70h) at nut (62b). To do this, make electrical connection if necessary, see step 1.1.
