Glove Compartment Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair

AR68.10-P-1250T Remove/Install Lock Cylinder on Glove Compartment Lid

Open glove compartment

Unclip cover (2) toward rear from glove compartment lock housing (3)

Insert emergency key (4) into lock cylinder (1) and move to assembly position

NOTE:  Turn emergency key (4) clockwise approx. 45 degrees.

Pull lock cylinder (1) with emergency key (4) out of glove compartment lock housing (3)

NOTE:  Installation: Lock cylinder (1) must latch audibly.

Install in the reverse order
