Coat lip of radial seal with suitable hypoid gear oil prior to installation

-

Tighten the following components as noted below
-

Breather: 30 Nm

-

Collared pinion nut: 120-130 Nm

-

Propeller Shaft:
-

Clamping Nut: 30-40 Nm

-

Intermediate bearing to frame floor:

Bolt with washer: 25 Nm
Bolt with collar and centering tip: 30 Nm 

-

Self locking nuts and bolts:
-

Flexible disk to propeller shaft and/or axle flange

10 mm nut: 40 Nm
12 mm nut: 60 Nm

-

Rear axle shaft to Flange: 

10 mm bolt: 70 Nm
12 mm bolt: 100 Nm

-

Rear cross brace to frame floor: 120 Nm

-

Tunnel closing plate to frame floor: 25 Nm
