SYMPTOM
If you receive complaints that the brake pedal feels hard to apply when starting the engine cold, please follow the below corrective action.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
A combination of cold start vacuum equalization, engine RPM necessary for catalyst warm up, and vehicle positioning.
