Sunroof / Moonroof Panel: Service and Repair
Sliding Roof Panel

Removal

1.

Open roof sliding outer glass panel and roof sliding panel headlining fully.

2.

Disconnect roof air deflector support by pulling up on rear of roof air deflector support to disengage from track retainer and rotating roof air
deflector support to remove from roof air deflector.

3.

Remove eight screws retaining roof sliding panel rails.

4.

Connect roof air deflector support by engaging rear of roof air deflector support to track retainer.

5.

Close roof sliding outer glass panel.

6.

Remove access panel located at rear of roof trim panel by hand. Disconnect sliding roof panel motor electrical connections.

7.

Remove sliding roof panel motor as described.
