Seat Cushion: Service and Repair
Seat Cushion Spring, Frame, Pad and Trim Cover Assemblies

Front

REMOVAL 

1. Remove seat and track assembly from the vehicle. Place seat on a clean surface.
2. Remove seat back assembly and front seat tracks from the cushion assembly.
3. Disengage plastic J-retainers from front seat cushion frame and springs. Remove front seat cushion cover.
4. Pull front seat cushion cover back and cut wire retaining hog rings. Remove front seat cushion cover.
5. Remove front seat cushion pad, if necessary.

INSTALLATION 

1. Install front seat cushion pad.
2. Transfer all tiedown wires to their respective listings in new front seat cushion cover.
3. Position front seat cushion cover over front seat cushion pad and front seat cushion frame and spring, with listing exposed. Install tiedown wire in

the listing, secure tiedown wire to front seat cushion pad with three hog rings.

4. Install plastic J-retainers to front seat cushion frame and spring.
5. Install front seat tracks and back assembly to front seat cushion frame and spring.
6. Install seat and track assembly.

Articulated Sport

REMOVAL 

1. Remove front seat and track assembly. Place seat on a clean surface.
