Trunk / Liftgate Latch: Adjustments
Lock Rod Bellcrank Latch Adjustment
1. Remove the front door trim panel.
2. Position the watershield aside.
3. Loosen the lock rod bellcrank bolt.
4. Engage the front door latch into the closed position.
5. Manually lock the front door latch with the actuating rod.
6. Push and hold the lock knob in the locked position.
7. Tighten the lock rod bellcrank bolt.

Check for correct operation.
8. Install the watershield.
9. Install the front door trim panel.
