6. Install the circlip
NOTE: Position the inner race so the smaller bore slides on the shaft first.

Place the inner race past the C-clip recess.

Install the circlip.
7. Install the C-clip.

Slide the inner race over the circlip.

Install the C-clip.
8. Install the bearing cage.
9. Lubricate the inboard and outboard front wheel drive joint bearings with High Temperature Constant Velocity Joint Grease E43Z- 19590-A or
equivalent meeting Ford specification ESP-MlC207-A.
10. CAUTION: Do not drop ball bearings, damage may result.
Connect the inner race and outer race.

Carefully position the ball bearings in the bearing cage.
