Disconnect brake pipe from caliper.
Tightening torque:
-
Brake hose to calliper M10 x 1.5 Banjo bolt .............................................................................................................................................. 40 Nm
Install Hint:
Fit new sealing washers to banjo bolt.
Unfasten guide screws (1) and pull brake caliper backwards to remove.
Install Hint:
Only clean guide screws, do not grease.
Check threads.
Replace all guide screws which are not in perfect condition.
Tightening torque:
-
Guide bolt Wrench size 7 mm ............................................................................................................................................................... 30 - 5 Nm
