Pull off hose (1).
Unlock connector (2) and remove.
Unscrew bolt (3).
Release spring strap with special tool 17 2 051. Detach line (4) and remove.
Release screw (1) and detach line (2).
Installation:
Replace seals.
Tighten oil feed to turbocharger
4AZ Oil feed to turbocharger
M12 x 1.5 Banjo bolt ........................................................................................................................................................................................ 30 Nm
Release screw (3) and detach line (4).
Installation:
Replace sealing ring.
Tighten oil return to turbocharger
5AZ Oil return to turbocharger
M6 x 100 ............................................................................................................................................................................................................. 8 Nm
Release screw (1).
