This is the most common complaint. To troubleshoot the cause, first verify you are in a good cellular telephone transmitting/receiving area and it is not
"Rush Hour (peak-usage period)." During "Rush Hour" traffic periods, cellular phone traffic is also greater and the probability of "Dropping a Call" is
higher. Attempt to make a call with a known good cellular telephone unit.

If the call does not go through, move to a known good transmitting/receiving area or postpone testing until the cellular phone system is not busy.
