Variable Induction Control Motor

Engine Control Module Connector--For Pin Applications See Components

To test the Variable Induction Control Servo (VICS) DC motor located on the intake manifold, proceed as follows.

1.

Disconnect the VICS harness connector.

2.

Using an ohm meter, check the resistance between component connector terminals 1 and 2.

Resistance 
5 - 35 Ohms 68°F (20°C)
