Replace power cylinder in numbered sequence shown in Fig. 19, noting the following during installation:
a. Secure power cylinder to crossmember, then move cylinder piston rod through full stroke to determine neutral position.
b. Align tie rod ends and installation holes at trailing arms.
c. If tie rod ends and installation holes do not align, disconnect boot clips, then loosen tie rod end securing nut and adjust length so that
difference between lengths of left and right tie rods is less than .039 inch. Threads of tie rod ends may be used as a guide.
d. Bleed 4 Wheel Steering (4WS) system.
Service
