Note:

The "3-MINUTE MODE" can only be used if the audio unit displays "c odE", not if the unit displays "0FF".

1.

Locate the yellow Ignition Off-Draw (IOD) connector under the hood and verify it is in the "ON" position (pushed down).

2.

Turn the ignition key to the "ACC" (Accessory) position.

3.

Press and hold the "EJECT" button, then in addition press the "POWER" button. Release the buttons. The audio unit should operate normally for 3
minutes.

4.

If necessary, this procedure can be repeated for another 3 minutes of operation.

Code Programming

1.

Push the audio unit power button.

2.

Verify that "C odE" appears on the audio unit's display. If the display shows "oFF", follow the procedures shown in this bulletin under Audio
System Troubleshooting.

3.

Consult the Code Card for the 4-digit code number assigned to that particular audio unit.
