dry, without water spots, before proceeding. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions provided with the product.

2. If the part has any noticeable scratches or other minor surface defects, sand the affected area using P600 grit or finer sandpaper.

a. After sanding, clean the affected area with PPG SEA 103 Multi-Prep (or equivalent). Refer to the manufacturer's instructions provided with the
product.

3. Apply a light, even coat of PPG SU4902 Plastic Adhesion Wipe (or equivalent), over the entire area, wiping in one direction to minimize overlap.
Allow 3 to 5 minutes flash time before continuing (NOTE: VIC compliant areas should skip this step and go to step 5 using two coats of SUA 4903). <

4. Apply a light coat of PPG SUA4903 (VIC Compliant Aerosol, or equivalent) over the entire surface, covering all edges thoroughly. Allow 5 minutes
of dry time or until completely flashed to a matt finish prior to sealing.

5. Sealing - Sealing is optional for solvent BASECOAT and required for waterborne BASECOAT. Seal unprimed plastic substrate with flexibilized
sealer (as required) appropriate to your < topcoat (water or solvent) and VIC regulations.

6. Topcoat with catalyzed basecoat as part of BC/CC system.
