IGNITION SWITCH

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Removal Steps 1-7

WARNING:

Before removing the steering wheel, air bag module assembly and clock spring refer to Service Precautions in Air Bag Systems and Air
Bag Module and Clock Spring.

When removing and installing the steering wheel, do not let it bump against the air bag module.

CAUTION:  When the steering lock cylinder is replaced, register the encrypted code.
