2. Remove Inner box
3. Remove SRS-ECU and harness connector connection
4. Remove SRS-ECU
5. Remove shift lever knob (M/T)
6. Remove Ashtray
7. Remove center console panel
8. Remove floor console assembly
9. Remove Bracket
Installation
To Install reverse the Removal steps and note the following.
4. SRS-ECU Installation
CAUTION: The SRS may not activate if SRS-ECU is not installed properly, which could result in the SRS system not operating properly in a
collision.
Post-installation Inspection
Reconnect the negative battery terminal. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position. Does the "SRS" warning light illuminate for about 7 seconds,
turn OFF and then remain OFF? If yes, SRS system is functioning properly. If no, refer to Troubleshooting. See: Testing and Inspection
