YES: Go to Step 18.
NO: Go to Step 16.
STEP 16. Check combination meter connector C-43 for damage.
Q: Is combination meter connector C-43 in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 17.
NO: Repair or replace the connector. Refer to Harness Connector Inspection. Check that the fog light indicator light illuminates normally.
STEP 17. Check the wiring harness between combination meter connector C-43 and ground.
NOTE: Also check joint connector C-78. If joint connector C-78 is damaged, repair or replace the connector as described in Harness Connector
Inspection.
Q: Is the wiring harness between combination meter connector C-43 and ground in good condition?
YES: No action to be taken.
NO: Repair the wiring harness. Check that the fog light indicator light illuminates normally.
