1.
Place injection mixer in a suitable soft jawed vise, then remove throttle position sensor.
2.
Remove injector retaining plate, then the collar, Fig. 53.
3.
Remove injector using a suitable screwdriver, Fig. 54.
4.
Remove idle speed control (ISC) servo assembly. Do not disassemble ISC servo assembly.
5.
Disconnect hose from fuel pressure regulator and mixing body, then remove fuel pressure regulator.
6.
Remove fuel pressure regulator bracket and pipe.
7.
Remove pulsation damper cover and spring from mixing body, then the spacer and diaphragm.
8.
Remove two mixing body to throttle body attaching screws, then separate mixing body and seal ring from throttle body.
