15. REMOVAL OF ENGINE SUPPORT BRACKET

(1) Remove the engine support bracket in the numbered sequence shown in the image.

(2) Spraying lubricant, slowly remove the bolt (reamer bolt) indicated by the arrow.

CAUTION:

Keep in mind that the reamer bolt is sometimes heat seized on the engine support bracket.

NOTE:

Slightly jack up the engine body to make work easier.

23. REMOVAL OF CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

(1) Slightly lower the main engine body.

(2) Using the special tool, remove the crankshaft pulley from the crankshaft.

30. LOOSENING TIMING BELT TENSIONER BOLT

Loosen the timing belt tensioner bolt and turn the timing belt tensioner counterclockwise along the elongated hole.
