PURPOSE
This bulletin describes changes made to the speedometer driven gear oil seal of automatic and manual transaxles of the affected vehicles listed below.
The oil seal has been modified to improve reliability and to reduce possible speedometer drive gear noise, In addition, the flange shape of the
speedometer driven gear sleeve has been changed so that the new type oil seal can be identified easily.
