Shift Cable: Service and Repair
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
WARING: Be careful not to subject the SRS-ECU to any shocks during removal and installation of the transaxle control cable and selector
lever assembly.
Installation Service Points
>A< Nut Installation
1. Put the selector [ever in the "N" position.
2. Loosen the nut. Gently pull the transaxle control cable in the direction of the arrow until the cable is taut. Tighten the nut at the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.)
