TPMS TRANSMITTER SERVICING - SERVICE MANUAL REVISION

PURPOSE

Due to a new transmitter manufacturing source, the TPMS valve and its housing for affected vehicles are now available separately. Therefore, the
servicing information for these parts has changed. This bulletin provides updated TPMS transmitter servicing information for affected service manual
pages.

NOTE:

Refer to TSB-10-31-001REV for details on TPMS transmitter servicing for affected vehicles.

2008 - 2010 Lancer
2009 - 2010 Lancer Sportback
2008 - 2010 Lancer Evolution
2007 - 2010 Outlander

* EXCEPT vehicles with steel wheels that are not stamped with "L" or "26L". Base models equipped with steel wheels that do not have the "L" or "26L"
stamping (sample shown above) require the old TPMS transmitter, part number 4250A225. For these wheels, use the current service manual information.
