Radiator: Service and Repair
1. Drain engine coolant, then remove overflow and reserve tank.
2. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses.
3. On models with automatic transaxle, remove ATC cooler hose, then plug hose and nipple.
4. Remove radiator fan motor connector, then the upper insulator.
5. Remove radiator and fan motor assembly, then the engine coolant temperature switch connector.
6. Remove radiator fan motor assembly and engine coolant temperature switch, then the lower insulator.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
