STEP 22. Check back door lock actuator connector I-05 for loose, corroded or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back in the connector.
Q: Is back door lock actuator connector I-05 in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 23.
NO: Repair or replace the damaged component(s). Refer to Harness Connector Inspection. Verify that all the doors (including the back door) can be
locked and unlocked normally.
STEP 23. Check the back door lock actuator.
1. Remove the back door lock actuator, and check it. Refer to Back door Handle and Latch given table.
2. Follow the given table to check the back door lock actuator for correct operation.
Q: Is the back door lock actuator normal?
YES: Go to Step 24.
NO: Replace the back door lock actuator. Verify that all the doors (including the back door) can be locked and unlocked normally.
