PURPOSE
For easy access, the Self-diagnosis and Fuel Pump Check Terminals have been relocated on Montero vehicles equipped with 3.0L V6 engines produced
after May 8, 1989. The Self-diagnosis Check Terminal is now located adjacent to the MPI control unit as shown in Figure 1. The Fuel Pump Check
Terminal has been relocated from the cowl side of the instrument panel to the engine compartment below the windshield wiper motor (Figure 2). Please
write this TSB number in the TSB revision boxes on the affected service manual pages.
