Master Cylinder Disassembly And Assembly

1. Remove the reservoir cap and diaphragm.
2. Remove the brake level sensor, float and reservoir stopper bolt.

Remove Piston Stopper Bolt And Stopper Ring

3. Remove the tank and seal and piston stopper bolt.

NOTE:  Extract the piston stopper bolt and ring while depressing the piston.

4. Remove the gasket, piston stopper ring and primary piston assembly.
5. Remove the secondary piston assembly and the master cylinder body.
6. Reverse procedure to assemble.
